All talent on ClickTrain goes through a multi-layer verification process, including:
  • Profile screening and experience review.
  • Mandatory KYC and right-to-work checks before any engagement.

Clients can also use PPC Listenr to monitor live account activity post-hire, ensuring ongoing accountability and quality.
What does it cost to hire talent on ClickTrain?
  • Expert Marketplace: £199 / month + 10% success fee.
  • Full-time Marketplace: £399 / month + custom success fee (partner discounts may apply).
  • In-house Talent (UK brands): 20% success fee, no subscription.
  • C-level Talent: 25% success fee, no subscription.

How much does a PPC specialist charge?
Talent set their own pricing based on experience and role type:
  • Contractors set hourly or day rates.

Yes. Freelancers and employees can join for free with a restricted profile. Paid verification and visibility features are unlocked when agencies or partners engage, not upfront.
What are the benefits of completing skills assessments?
Skills-tested talent ranks higher in matching, gets shortlisted faster, is eligible for Full-time Marketplace and enterprise roles, and can command stronger rates due to verified credibility. For clients, this reduces hiring risk and speeds up decisions.
What's the difference between Expert Marketplace and Full-time Marketplace?
  • Expert Marketplace (£199/mo): Independent contractors and founders, up to ~20 hours per week, outside IR35, 10% success fee.
  • Full-time Marketplace (£399/mo): Fixed-term or permanent hires, inside IR35, dedicated Talent Manager, partner discounts based on AgencyRank.
How does ClickTrain ensure quality after hiring?
Beyond verification, ClickTrain supports ongoing quality through PPC Listenr monitoring, client feedback loops, talent performance reviews, and partner oversight for full-time and payroll hires. This ensures talent continues to deliver what was agreed.
What if I need to replace a specialist?
If a hire isn't the right fit, we support a replacement search. Replacement terms apply for in-house and executive roles, and Marketplace subscriptions remain active during the search. Our priority is successful, long-term matches.
How do contracts and billing work?
  • Expert Marketplace: Contracts are between the client and contractor.
  • Full-time Marketplace, In-house, and C-level: ClickTrain manages contracts and fees.
  • Payroll (AOR / EOR): ClickTrain handles employment, payroll, tax, and compliance.

What is ClickTrain Listenr?
PPC Listenr is an account-monitoring tool that tracks key Google Ads changes, flags risks, and adds accountability for hired talent. It's included with Marketplace plans and Partner subscriptions.
How does ClickTrain make money?
ClickTrain earns revenue through Marketplace subscriptions, success fees on hires, payroll management fees, and partner or training subscriptions. This keeps incentives aligned — we only win when hiring works.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes. You can move between Marketplace plans or add Payroll, Listenr, or Partner services as your hiring needs evolve.
What is AgencyRank?
AgencyRank is ClickTrain's internal scoring system that evaluates agencies based on account activity, accounts per specialist, sentiment, and overall marketplace signals. A higher AgencyRank can unlock partner benefits such as reduced success fees, priority access to top talent, faster shortlisting, and preferential rates on the Full Marketplace plans.
Who sets the rates for talent on ClickTrain?
Talent sets their own rates on ClickTrain. Contractors choose their hourly or day rates, while full-time professionals set their salary expectations. ClickTrain does not dictate pricing — instead, we focus on verification, skills testing, and matching so businesses can make informed hiring decisions based on value, not guesswork.
